About the role:

We are looking for energetic, empathetic and exceptional individuals who are looking to make a difference in the lives of our polychronic members. Our Urgent Care Providers assist our multidisciplinary care team by delivering virtual care for non life-threatening illnesses to our members.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform virtual comprehensive patient assessments
Diagnose and propose treatment options based on reports, test results, medical records, and examinations
Refer patients to appropriate resources when needed
Prescribe medication and treatment regimens as needed
Document care in electronic platform according to standard process and address internal Lyn Health Care Team questions in a timely manner to promote successful transition of care
Maintain an on-call schedule for the number of hours specified

Requirements: Education and Skills

Unrestricted, active MD, DO, ARNP, or PA licensure to practice in WA (for 2/7) and/or MI (for 4/11)
Board or association (ARNP) certified
DEA licensure
Minimum of two (2) years of experience delivering care in an Urgent Care, Emergency Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine setting
