About the role:
We are looking for energetic, empathetic and exceptional individuals who are looking to make a difference in the lives of our polychronic members. Our Urgent Care Providers assist our multidisciplinary care team by delivering virtual care for non life-threatening illnesses to our members.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform virtual comprehensive patient assessments
- Diagnose and propose treatment options based on reports, test results, medical records, and examinations
- Refer patients to appropriate resources when needed
- Prescribe medication and treatment regimens as needed
- Document care in electronic platform according to standard process and address internal Lyn Health Care Team questions in a timely manner to promote successful transition of care
- Maintain an on-call schedule for the number of hours specified

Requirements: Education and Skills
- Unrestricted, active MD, DO, ARNP, or PA licensure to practice in WA (for 2/7) and/or MI (for 4/11)
- Board or association (ARNP) certified
- DEA licensure
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience delivering care in an Urgent Care, Emergency Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine setting
