Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive initial consultations (45 min - 1 hour) via telehealth to assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and mental health support through follow-up consultations (5 min - 15 min) via telehealth.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with PMHNP certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related setting (mental health, addiction treatment).
- Experience with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort and experience utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual appointments.
