Job Details:

Duration: Part-Time (10 hours per week)
Shift: Weekdays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Schedule: Flexible Scheduling Options
Employment Type: Contract (1099), No Benefits
Pay: 55% of all billable codes

BONUS AVAILABLE:
$1,500 sign-on bonus after 10 shifts
If traveling outside of your territory (travel bonus) day rate of $250
First year graduates (offer to pay first years malpractice)

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb abnormalities and diseases.
Provide clinical care in patients' homes, independent living, assisted living, and long-term care facilities.
Treat high-risk patient groups including the elderly and infirm.
Create personalized care plans and educate patients on effective foot care practices.
Maintain accurate electronic health records using our efficient EMR system.
Collaborate closely with our home health and wound care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Own Malpractice Insurance
Previous Experience in Mobile Care
Experience with EMR
No Need for Travel Expenses / Living in the Territory
