Position Summary

The Telehealth Provider (Nurse Practitioner) will deliver comprehensive virtual care focused on hormone optimization (HRT/TRT), weight loss management, and metabolic health. This role centers on performing medical evaluations and good faith exams (GFEs) for patients seeking evidence-based treatments such as GLP-1 therapies, testosterone replacement, and peptide protocols.

The ideal candidate has strong clinical experience in hormone therapy and weight management, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume telehealth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform synchronous and asynchronous good faith exams (GFEs) with a primary focus on:
  • Weight loss and metabolic management (GLP-1 therapies such as Semaglutide, Tirzepatide)
  • Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
  • Peptide-based therapies for performance, recovery, and longevity
  • Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans based on patient history, labs, and goals
  • Monitor ongoing patient progress, including follow-ups, lab reviews, and medication adjustments
  • Provide patient education on lifestyle, nutrition, and long-term metabolic health
  • Document all encounters accurately in the EMR using company protocols
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific telehealth, prescribing, and hormone therapy regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license (multi-state licensure strongly preferred)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience, with a strong preference for:
    • Hormone therapy (HRT/TRT)
    • Weight loss or metabolic medicine
    • Telehealth care delivery
  • Strong clinical judgment in evaluating patients and initiating treatment plans independently
  • Proficiency with EMRs and excellent documentation practices
  • Experience specifically in TRT management, men’s health, or women’s hormone optimization
  • Background in medical weight loss programs or obesity medicine
  • Familiarity with GLP-1 protocols, peptide therapies, and lab interpretation
  • Experience with telehealth compliance, GFE requirements, and multi-state practice
