We are in search of a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to become part of our esteemed Primary Care practice located in Far Rockaway, NY.

Responsibilities:
- Managing primary care-related consultations
- Prescribing necessary medication and diagnostic tests
- Formulating accurate diagnoses based on medical knowledge and patients' medical history
- Nurturing trust with empathy among your patients
- Rounding in 2 facilities (within the same area)
Requirements:
- Valid NP license in the state of NY
- Ok with nursing home setting
- Experience with chronic care/tracheotomy/ventilator- a must
Compensation:
- Highly competitive salary ranging between $125,000-$140,000 annually!
