Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual consultations with patients via a secure telemedicine platform
• Diagnose, treat, and manage common acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and order appropriate labs or diagnostic tests as clinically indicated
• Provide patient education and counseling on treatment plans, preventive care, and wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation in accordance with the client's policies and professional standards
• Collaborate with the Clinical Operations team to ensure continuity of care and an exceptional patient experience
Requirements:
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in good standing (Family or Adult NP preferred)
• National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) required
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience post-certification preferred
• Prior telehealth experience strongly preferred
• Multiple state licenses highly desirable
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable using technology and conducting tele-video consultations
• Must have a private, professional workspace suitable for confidential patient interactions
