Ongoing Urgent Care coverage needed in Corona
We are seeking PAs and NPs to join our clients team for ongoing Urgent Care coverage! We are seeking board certified candidates with urgent care and/or emergency department experience.
Responsibilities:
- Performing diagnostic tests such as X-rays, lab work, and EKGs
- Preparing patients for examination by removing clothing, applying drapes or gowns, or cleaning the skin
- Administering medications and treatments as directed by the physician
- Evaluating patients’ symptoms to determine the best course of treatment
- Taking notes during examinations and referring to them while writing up a treatment plan
- Performing physical examinations such as listening to heart and lung sounds, measuring blood pressure, and checking reflexes
- Educating patients about their condition and treatment options
- Diagnosing illnesses and injuries and determining the best course of action for treatment
-Communicating regularly with other healthcare providers, such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, etc. to ensure that all aspects of care are being addressed
Potential available shifts:
- 10am-6pm
