Key Responsibilities
- As a Registered Nurse, you will be the backbone of patient care coordination. Your day-to-day will include:
- Patient Advocacy: Delivering high-quality, age-appropriate care in accordance with hospital standards.
- Clinical Execution: Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans and maintaining precise documentation.
- Collaboration: Working directly with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Safety: Adhering strictly to clinical protocols and infectious disease safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active Registered Nurse experience is required.
Education & Licensure
- Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Licensure: Current New Mexico RN License or a Compact State (NLC) License.
- Certifications: * BLS (Required within 2 weeks of hire).
- Department-specific certifications (Required within 6 months of hire).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for long shifts.
- Manual dexterity to assist with patients and medical equipment (lifting, bending, kneeling).
- Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
