Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations to assess patient needs.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy for conditions like depression and anxiety.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted license in any of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, ME, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK. PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.
• Minimum two years of outpatient experience.
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHRs) and video-conferencing technology.
• Ability to manage scheduled visits as well as occasional emergency calls.
• Preference for those with experience in managing chronic pain.
