We are seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide short-term coverage for our pharmacy location in Charlotte, NC.
SCHEDULE
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Note: One-hour lunch break daily. Entire clinic closes at noon for lunch.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all pharmacy operations as PIC during coverage period
- Verify and fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Counsel patients on medications and proper usage
- Maintain pharmacy records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinate with clinic staff on patient needs
- Receive support from remote team throughout the week
- Onboarding and training provided for position-specific processes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Current, valid pharmacy license (North Carolina)
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience (retail or clinical)
- Ability to work independently with remote team support
- Strong communication and clinical knowledge
- Computer proficiency
ENVIRONMENT
- Small pharmacy inside a primary care clinic
- Clinic staff onsite to assist with non-pharmacy needs
- Remote team available for pharmacy-specific questions and support
- Collaborative, clinic-integrated setting
