Requirements:
- Completed Master's Degree

- Current DEA preferred
- Active NPI number
What You'll Do:
Provide acute or primary healthcare services. In-person, travel, and telehealth settings.
Assess patients and prescribe courses of treatment.
Be ready to submit credentialing documents online.
