Baptist Health System is seeking a full-time Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join one of the largest multi-specialty networks in South Texas. With a regional population catchment area of over ten million, Baptist Health System values partnerships with physician colleagues focused on bringing high-quality care to patients.
Joining a physician network of over 35 cardiovascular specialists, the cardiothoracic surgeon must possess a commitment to clinical quality, providing passionate service to our growing patient population, and a collaborative approach in a medical community that values integrity and compassion.
BC/BE by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery required
Strong clinical skills and evidence of high-quality care with favorable surgical outcomes essential
Physicians operate at a primary site of service in a six-facility healthcare system
