WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MEDICAL DIRECTOR IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, CALIFORNIA (EAST BAY)
In support of our rapid nationwide growth, we are currently building out a new urgent care facility in the East Bay of the Greater San Francisco Bay Area (California). We are seeking exceptional applicants for an onsite Full-Time Medical Director to lead this new endeavor once we open the doors.
This is a ground-floor opportunity—you will be responsible for the medical operations of a new urgent care / primary care clinic, starting from its very first patient.
Provide outstanding, empathetic, patient-centric and patient-convenient care
Optimizing patient flows to minimize wait times and efficiently operate the clinic
Provide complete and timely documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system
Hire and supervise other medical providers. Initially this will be other staff physicians. As patient volumes increase, we may bring in Advanced Practice Clinicians (PAs/NPs).
At first, the role will be primarily patient-facing. If desired, further medical leadership opportunities will be available as patient volumes increase and as we open other sites in the Greater Bay Area.
