UT Health Athens , located in the beautiful Piney Woods of east Texas about an hour and 15 minutes from downtown Dallas, seeks a dynamic OB/Gyn to join a rapidly growing health system. This position will replace a retiring community physician. Our comprehensive program provides collaborative, multi-disciplinary care and access to cutting edge technologies. We are also experiencing a period of unprecedented growth and development coupled with institutional expansion throughout east Texas. This hospital handles approximately 80 deliveries a month, with 8 LDRPs and 8 postpartum care rooms. Candidates must be eligible for licensure in Texas and board certified or board eligible.
