Position Summary

The Physician will provide clinical oversight and medical expertise for diagnostic and preventive healthcare services. This role involves reviewing diagnostic results, conducting patient evaluations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a technology-enabled healthcare environment and is passionate about expanding access to quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and medical assessments.
  • Review and interpret diagnostic testing results, laboratory findings, and clinical data.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and care plans.
  • Provide telehealth and/or in-person consultations as needed.
  • Collaborate with nurses, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational clinical standards.
  • Participate in quality assurance and clinical performance improvement initiatives.
  • Provide medical oversight and guidance regarding diagnostic protocols and patient management.


Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or related specialty.

Active and unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state.

DEA registration (if applicable).

Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.

Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.

Experience using EMR/EHR systems.

Preferred

Multiple state licenses or eligibility for additional licensure.

Experience in telemedicine or virtual care.

Experience reviewing diagnostic testing and laboratory results.

Background in preventive care, occupational health, urgent care, or population health.
