Responsibilities:
Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.
Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to connect and support each other on their mental health journey.
Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify presenting issues and develop personalized treatment plans.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of mental health concerns effectively.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for our clients.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in the mental health field through continuous education and professional development.
Requirements:
Valid and current Maryland state license as an LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C.
Proven experience providing individual and group counseling to diverse populations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
