Department: RAD TECH - RAD DIAG (728)

Weeks: 13

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

  • We are looking for a devoted and skilled Contract Radiologic Technologist. 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring quality images.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging examinations, ensuring their comfort.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to obtain required images.
  • Monitor patient conditions during procedures, addressing any issues.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and imaging results.
  • Adhere to radiation safety and infection control protocols.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication throughout procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Active Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification.
  • Previous experience in diagnostic radiology preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment and technology.
  • Strong understanding of radiologic principles and patient care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a healthcare setting.
