Raleigh General Hospital - Thoracic Surgery

Raleigh General Hospital is seeking to employ a board eligible/certified Thoracic Surgeon to join a growing health system and develop a robust thoracic surgery practice. 2-5 years of experiences preferred but not mandatory. The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited fellowship program, must have interest and experience in minimally invasive surgery, including VATS lobectomy, etc., as well as interest in esophageal surgery. Experience in robotic surgery preferred but not mandatory. Experience in EBUS and ENB also helpful but not mandatory. The Thoracic Surgeon will be expected to be a member of the thoracic multi-disciplinary team and must have dedication to optimal patient care and outcomes. Applicants should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
