Regenerative Medicine Clinical Screening Provider
Overview
This role is structured around clinical screening and coordination, not independent treatment decision-making. You will play a key role in evaluating patient candidacy, organizing clinical documentation, and preparing cases for physician review. All treatment decisions including protocol selection, dosing, and final approval remain solely under the authority of the supervising physician.
Our care model integrates regenerative treatments — including stem cell-based therapies, exosomes, PRP, and peptide protocols — into comprehensive programs tailored to individual patient candidacy and indication.
Our patient population primarily includes adults aged 35–65+, with individual evaluation outside this range.
The clinic’s core areas of focus include:
- Musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions (mild–moderate degeneration, osteoarthritis, tendon and ligament injuries)
- Cognitive and neurologic optimization(non-acute cognitive decline, brain fog)
- Longevity and immune optimization
- Sexual health and vascular-related dysfunction
- Aesthetic medicine and hair restoration
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient candidacy screenings using established medical criteria
- Review comprehensive medical histories to identify potential hard or soft disqualifies
- Collect, verify, and organize medical records, laboratory results, and imaging
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant prior to physician review
- Escalate borderline, complex, or unclear cases to the supervising physician
- Coordinate communication between patients and the supervising physician as needed
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within EMR systems
