Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Administer treatments and medications as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and document accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
Supervise LPNs, nursing assistants, and support staff.
Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans.
Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Active New York State RN License.
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Preferred
2+ years of RN experience.
BSN or MSN preferred.
Previous charge nurse or preceptor experience is a plus
