Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical expertise to ensure high-quality care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of patients with complex medical conditions.
- Instruct patients and families regarding medications, treatment instructions, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain and review patients' records, including test results and examination findings.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Active RN License in the State of Massachusetts.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN.
