Job Description:

  • We are currently recruiting a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Surgical ICU.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, responding promptly to changes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of years of nursing experience, preferably in an ICU setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing critical care nursing skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
