***Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU)***

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Job Description:

  • Currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) located in Aventura, Florida.
  • As an integral part of the healthcare team, the ICU RN will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care to those in critical conditions. 
  • The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong commitment to patient well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and update the medical team accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN).
  • Advanced certifications related to ICU nursing.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
