Unit: Med Surg Float Pool
Shifts: Day Shift and Night Shifts are available
Weeks: 12
Rate: $64 Regular Rate
Position Details:
Located: Cooperstown, NY
- Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Inpatient Medicine floor
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
- EPIC experience is a mandatory prerequisite.
- Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a valid NY RN license.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is preferred.
- Previous travel experience is necessary.
- Applicants residing outside Otsego County are eligible; residents cannot apply.
- Nurses in this role will be rotated across various Bassett Healthcare Network locations based on operational demands.
- Locations covered include Bassett Medical Center, AO Fox, Little Falls, Cobleskill, O'Connor, and affiliated clinics.
Unit Details:
- Utilization of the EPIC charting system.
- Preference for candidates experienced in Level 1&2 trauma/teaching environments.
- Strong preference for candidates holding Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
- Mandatory: 2 years of nursing experience along with 2 years of Med Surg/Tele experience.
- First-time travelers with exceptional qualifications will be taken into consideration.
- Proficiency in telemetry procedures is a must.
- Individuals residing outside of Otsego County are eligible to apply; residents from this county are excluded.
- Potential for occasional rotation across various Bassett Healthcare Network facilities.
