We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in New Mexico. This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care appropriate to the age and needs of the patient population served. The RN ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality care while adhering to the organization's standards, mission, and values.
The nurse works closely with physicians, patients, and families while maintaining professional communication and providing compassionate care.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
Licensure / Certifications
Current New Mexico RN License OR Compact State RN License
BLS Certification required within 2 weeks of hire
Additional department certifications required within 6 months of hire
Experience
Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital standards
Coordinate and implement care plans based on patient needs
Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards
Work Environment
Clinical hospital setting
Exposure to infectious diseases and medical imaging
Collaborative and fast-paced patient care environment
Flexible scheduling may be required due to patient care needs
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift, move, and assist patients and equipment
Requires reaching, bending, kneeling, and manual dexterity
Must be able to respond to emergency situations
