Job Description:

Currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Trauma/Neurocare Unit (TNCU) within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the care of patients requiring specialized attention and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with a focus on Trauma/Neurocare.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Monitor and manage patients' conditions, recognizing and responding to changes promptly.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate documentation.
Utilize critical thinking skills to address the unique needs of patients in the TNCU.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Must possess and maintain Registered Nurse licensure with the State of Florida Board of Registered Nursing
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Minimum of years of nursing experience, preferably in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous.
