Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with the intake and scheduling team to ensure smooth client onboarding and scheduling process.
- Submit invoices and manage client records efficiently through the EHR portal.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in community peer support groups.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or Ph.D. licensure.
- Licensed in FL, GA, PA, CT, MA, TX, MD, DC, VA, IL, KY, OH, IN, CA, DE, NJ, NC.
- 1-3+ years of experience in mental health counseling.
- Malpractice Insurance coverage.
- Interested in a full-time or part-time contract position.
