Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with the intake and scheduling team to ensure smooth client onboarding and scheduling process.
  • Submit invoices and manage client records efficiently through the EHR portal.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in community peer support groups.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or Ph.D. licensure.
  • Licensed in FL, GA, PA, CT, MA, TX, MD, DC, VA, IL, KY, OH, IN, CA, DE, NJ, NC.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in mental health counseling.
  • Malpractice Insurance coverage.
  • Interested in a full-time or part-time contract position.
