Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultations and prescriptions for Testosterone Replacement, Weight Loss, Peptides, and Ketamine Therapy.
  • Review bloodwork and offer tailored care (no bloodwork for Ketamine therapy).
  • Consultation times range from 15 to 45 minutes.
  • Inform clients about program costs; HSA accepted (no insurance).
  • Write letters of medical necessity when needed.

Requirements:

  • Active NP license (multi-state preferred)
  • 3+ years of Family Medicine experience
  • DEA license
