Remote FNP – Urgent Care (W2 Role with Benefits))
About Us:
We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, nationwide virtual healthcare platform that’s transforming the way care is delivered. Since 2011, they’ve provided high-quality, 100% remote care across all 50 states — offering urgent care, primary care, behavioral health, and more via Telehealth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
- Develop and document treatment plans in a timely, accurate manner
- Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients
- Request consultation or referral with other health care providers when appropriate
- Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based care
- Provide cross-coverage for tasks such as reviewing lab results
- Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited FNP program
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) and RN licenses (multi-state licenses highly preferred)
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
- Active RN compact license
- Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of post-training experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care
- Comfortable seeing patients across all age groups
- Active Medicare status; in good standing with Medicare/Medicaid
