We are seeking a dedicated and experienced licensed behavioral health clinician to join our virtual care team and collaborative care model.This remote position allows you to play a crucial role in supporting the unique needs of women, starting with mental and behavioral health.

Location: Remote; must have license in either CT, GA, NY, NV, AZ, or TX

Schedule: 20 - 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders using PHQ9, GAD7, or other tools as required and provide basic education and available treatment options.
Use brief solution-focused and problem-solving check-ins typically 30 by video, augmented by asynchronous messages, voicemails, and short phone calls. Our patients can have mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression.
Document patient engagement and follow-up care in our custom EHR. Track patient follow-up and clinical outcomes.
Document patient progress and treatment recommendations in a registry so they can be easily shared with OBGYN/PCPs, psychiatric consultants, and other treating providers. Utilize the registry to identify and re-engage patients.
Facilitate referrals for clinically indicated services outside the OBGYN or primary care clinic such as behavioral health specialty care, substance abuse treatment, etc.

Qualifications:

Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Psychologist.
Minimum of 2 Years of experience with mental health/behavioral health counseling.
License to practice either under supervision or independently
Understanding and appreciation for integrated care
Fluent in English, Spanish a plus.
