Remote NP (FNP/ANP) – Telemedice

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with patients via a secure telemedicine platform
- Diagnose, treat, and manage common acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe medications and order appropriate labs or diagnostic tests when clinically indicated
- Provide patient education, counseling, and guidance on treatment plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations to support continuity of care and ensure an exceptional patient experience
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (Family or Adult NP preferred)
- National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) required
- Minimum two years of post-certification clinical experience preferred
- Prior telehealth experience strongly preferred
- Multiple state licenses highly desirable
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfort using technology and conducting video-based consultations
- Private, professional workspace suitable for confidential patient interactions
