Remote Psychiatrist – Steady Caseload & Competitive Pay
Our client is seeking a Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to join our growing team of behavioral health clinicians and help elevate the standard of mental healthcare for everyone, everywhere. As a Telehealth Psychiatrist, you will use video-based visits to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. You will provide psychotropic medication management, assist patients with both short-term concerns and chronic conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team—including primary care physicians, psychologists, and therapists—to help patients achieve optimal mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive virtual mental health evaluations and compile patient medical data.
- Provide psychotropic medication management, including assessing medical history, medication response, adherence, and tolerability.
- Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust care as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including exam results, medical histories, and reports.
- Utilize telemedicine platforms to deliver high-quality psychiatric care.
- Stay up to date with continuing medical education and industry advancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency program.
- Board certification in Psychiatry.
- Active and unrestricted M.D. or D.O. medical license in home state (multi-state licensure preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to treat patients of all ages preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Chrome, video conferencing platforms, and telemedicine tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technology.
