Access TeleCare is looking for board-certified Psychiatrists to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to lead and innovate in a fully remote role, helping to shape the future of behavioral health at scale.

 Position Highlights and Responsibilities:

Location: 100% Remote – No travel or on-site work required

Licenses: All active licenses are welcome, with particular emphasis on priority states including: (*Combination of these states is a plus)

  • North Carolina, Florida, Texas, Iowa, California, Washington, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Illinois, South Carolina, Idaho, Alabama, New Jersey, Wisconsin

Compensation: Competitive Annual Salary with uncapped consult pay

Shift Details:

  • Shift Duration: Shifts are generally 8 hours in length and will generally be: 
  • Day Shifts: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST
  • Evening Shifts: 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. EST
  • Nocturnal Shifts: 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. EST

Shift Options:

  • Part Time: 11 shifts per month + one weekend per month (May be needed to work additional overnights/evenings/weekends)
  • Full Time: 22 shifts per month + two weekends per month

** Highlights: We can also offer 12-hour shifts, or a noon start time. Bonus opportunity for anyone seeking to work heavy nights/weekends. We can offer hourly commitments above 88 hours (i.e.,120 hours if open to more than 80 but less than 160)

Requirements: 

  • Board-certified MD or DO in Psychiatry
  • Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
  • Willing to sign off on and collaborate with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • Will see all patients of all ages (5+)
