Shift Days - 12 Hour
Shift Description 7am - 7pm
URGENT NEED - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 13 WEEKS
ASAP START DATES
General job duties. Types of procedures required.
Caring for comfort measure patients. Providing pain medication, suctioning and comfort measures to COVID patients with imminent death.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
scanning medications, paper charting, minimal electronic chart review
Required skills and minimum years of experience.
RN license
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
BLS
Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)
Minimal staffing of two RNs and one tech
Every other weekend
Casual will need to follow current policy
Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)
These nurses may be used for other non-acute care duties such as assisting in doffing/donning of PPE.
Folding Gowns to prepare for COVID Units
The training will be minimal so will not float out to care for non-comfort care patients
