Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assesses a patient's physical, social and behavioral, mental status through direct observation, interview, and medical record review.
- Documents nursing assessment, identifies the symptoms, manage various disease entities and administers medicines.
Requirements:
- 2 years of clinical medical/surgical experience required.
- Experience in IV insertion and conscious sedation required.
- RN License required.
- Primary Source Verification required.
- CCRN certification preferred but not required.
- CRRT, ECHMO, hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis experience preferred.
