Supervising Physician - FL (Champions Gate)
About the Role
A Nurse Practitioner-led clinic, is seeking a licensed physician to serve as a Supervising Physician / Medical Director.
This is a non-clinical, remote position focused on compliance, regulatory oversight, and supporting clinic operations no direct patient care required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide physician supervision in accordance with Florida regulations
Serve as Medical Director for compliance and credentialing purposes
Support insurance credentialing requirements (as needed)
Review and sign off on clinical protocols, documentation, and policies
Provide oversight for aesthetic services (e.g., Botox) as required
Be available for periodic consultation (minimal time commitment)
Ensure clinic operations align with regulatory standards
What This Role Is NOT
No direct patient care
No on-site requirement
No day-to-day clinic management
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Florida MD/DO license
Board-certified or board-eligible (preferred)
Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice
Prior supervisory or medical director experience is a plus
Familiarity with NP supervision and/or aesthetic medicine regulations preferred
