Supervisor / Clinical Team Lead

As a Clinical Team Lead at Meru Health, you will be part of a mission to make mental health care more effective, accessible, and outcome-driven. Watch this brief 1 minute animation to learn more. You will be responsible for supervising a remote team of highly skilled licensed clinicians from around the US. You’ll help grow and develop our clinical team by conducting provider interviews, assisting in new provider onboarding, developing fun, and creative ways to enrich the company culture and sense of community. You’ll also provide group and individual training to assure providers are delivering high-quality care evidenced-based care that aligns with the goals, objectives, and mission of Meru Health. Please note this role also requires some direct-care. You’ll be implementing our validated, 12-week digital treatment program helping individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, or chronic stress/burnout. Integrative treatment modalities include: mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Heart Rate Variability- Biofeedback, sleep medicine, nutritional psychiatry, and daily chat support from a licensed therapist.
