Telehealth FNP | Urgent Care | Multi state licensed
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioners to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Telehealth Provider for KeyCare Medical Group, you will provide remote medical care and consultation to patients on the Epic EHR.
Responsibilities:
- Conversing with patients via the Digital platform and treating patients.
- Obtaining a focused medical history and asking patients situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses of patients.
- Provide clinical assessment and evaluation for the treatment of patients
- Electronic prescribing of suitable medications to patients and providing proper dosage and administration instructions.
- Ordering of diagnostic testing and referrals to other health care providers
Qualifications:
- At least five years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting, with a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine and clinical decision-making.
- Licensed to practice independently as a Nurse Practitioner, with a demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and manage patient care autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and compassionately to patients.
- Proficiency in using telecommunication platforms and EHR systems for virtual consultations and medical documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients remotely, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- FNP's licensed in IL,IN,WI,KY,MN, multiple state licenses are preferred.
Timings- Mostly early evening-night/overnight + all day weekend coverage, with some hours needed during business hours.
