Telemedicine Therapist – TBI Recovery & Rehabilitation.

About the Role:
We are seeking licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) to provide virtual care for patients recovering from motor vehicle accident-related Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI). This role focuses on supporting cognitive, emotional, and behavioral recovery in a structured telehealth environment, while working alongside medical and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based virtual therapy sessions for TBI patients
- Support cognitive, emotional, and behavioral recovery post-accident
- Manage a consistent caseload with operational support
- Collaborate with care teams and attorneys as needed
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for clinical and insurance purposes
Requirements:
- Active license: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
- Licensed in Arizona (required); additional state licenses preferred
- Experience in trauma, rehabilitation, or brain injury recovery preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Strong telehealth and documentation skills
