Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit.
- Assess patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and conditions.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
- Active state license required/registration where applicable.
- Prior experience in Med/Surg nursing preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
