We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Med/Surg to join our team at a well-respected hospital in Marion, IL. This full-time contract position offers a 3x12 night shift schedule, ideal for those who thrive in a nighttime work environment. As a Med/Surg RN, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to our patients, collaborating with a skilled healthcare team, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting.

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • State nursing license required/registration where applicable.
  • 2+ years of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
