Responsibilities:

• Pre-operative assessment: Prepare patients for surgeryverify history and labs.
• Intra-operative support: Assist in sterile procedures, monitor patient status, anticipate surgical needs.
• Post-operative care: Transfer patient safely to recovery and provide immediate post-surgery nursing and education.
• Team coordination: Effective communication with surgical, anesthesia, and recovery teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• BSN
• California RN License.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN in an operating Room setting.
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
