Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group therapy to patients with conditions such as chronic pain, depression, PTSD, and anxiety.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid LMSW license in the state of Michigan.

One year of social work in a health care setting is required
Master’s degree from an approved school of social work (accredited by the Council of Social Work Education) is required.
Experience in a medical or clinic setting is advantageous.
Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
