Employment Type: Full Time, Days
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage complex wounds in accordance with established protocols and best practices
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound management techniques and prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of wound assessments, treatments, and outcomes
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
- Certification in Wound Care (CWCA, CWCN, WOC, WOCN or equivalent) required
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in wound care, preferably in hospice or palliative care settings
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Salary: $112,000 - 155,000 annual salary + Full Benefits + Sign-On!
