Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented X-Ray / Radiologic Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. This role requires hands-on experience in radiographic imaging, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering safe, accurate, and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be confident in performing X-ray procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and producing precise diagnostic images in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.
- Ensure proper patient positioning to obtain accurate and high-quality images.
- Operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently according to protocols.
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and privacy during all imaging procedures.
- Review images for quality and make necessary adjustments when required.
- Follow radiation safety standards and infection control guidelines.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support accurate diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience required.
- ARRT (R) certification required.
- State Fluoroscopy Permit required.
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license required.
- State Venipuncture Permit required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by AHA required.
